In its latest FDD Item 20 (fiscal 2025), RE/MAX reported 2,994 franchised outlets at year end. 266 of 3,149 franchised outlets open at the start of the year left the system — an annualized exit rate of 8.4%— while 111 new outlets opened. Systemwide units moved +502.4% over 2021–2025.
